Before You Print

Print Warning!!! - If you do not follow these instructions, you risk printing the
ENTIRE course list, which is over four hundred pages.
To print a paper copy of a portion of the course listing, such as for a single department.
- Highlight the text you want to print.
- From the File menu, select Print.
- When the print dialog box appears, locate the "Print Range"
section, and click Selection.
NOTE: If the Selection option is not available,
click the Cancel button to return to the browser. The text should still be highlighted.
You will need to copy the highlighted text and paste it into another application, such as
Microsoft Word. You can then print it from that application.
- Click the Print button.
- Only the selected text should print.
