Ordering Transcripts
Request by Fax or Mail
Our Request by Fax or Mail service is a two-step process:
- You begin by selecting standard processing or premium fax-out service. Once you have provided your identifying information and transcript request details, you will be given the opportunity to review/edit your request before proceeding to the payment options.
- The final step is the most important step in this process. Since your signed authorization is required before your transcript can be issued, you will be required to print the authorization page, sign it, and submit it by fax or mail to our office before we can begin processing your request.

*The premium fax-out service is a request option for those who need a transcript faxed from the Office of the Registrar to one recipient. The faxed transcript is stamped "WORKING COPY" and for security reasons, we must send the official transcript by mail (or FedEx if you request that service) to the address of the fax recipient.
† A transcript order is complete only after the order has been submitted online and your signed authorization and payment have been received.
Note: If you have a special form that needs to be attached to a transcript we send by mail, simply include the form with your signed authorization page.

To receive a copy of your official transcript, all financial obligations to the University must be clear/current. This includes your account with the Office of the Bursar (812)855-2636, Student Loan Administration (812)855-4511, or the Dean of Students/Greek Housing (812)855-8187. If you have any past balance due with any of these offices, there will be a "hold" on your record and we will not be able to issue your transcript. If you think you might have any past debt to any of these offices, please contact that office for clearance before issuing your transcript request. If you are unsure about any possible account holds, give us a call and we can check the status for you (812)855-7505.
